Pada tahun 1970, Salvador Allende terpilih menjadi presiden. Ia adalah seorang Marxis yang menjadi presiden pertama Chile melalui pemilihan umum yang demokratis. Tapi meski begitu, pada akhirnya dia digulingkan oleh Imprelaisme AS. Karena kemenangan Allende sendiri tentu sangat tidak di sukai oleh AS. Makanya, dengan segala cara AS menyusun skenario untuk menggulingkan Allende dengan membuat persekutuan dengan militer di Chile yang memang bertentangan dengan Allende.

Selama berkuasa, Pemerintahan Allende menerapkan berbagai kebijakan radikal di segala sektor terutama dalam bidang ekonomi. Yaitu dengan menasionalisasi seluruh aset-aset asing dan perbankan, peningkatan upah buruh, alokasi anggaran pendidikan dan kesehatan serta menolak pembayaran hutang luar negeri. Tentu saja, kebijakan radikal yang di terapkan oleh Allende ini semakin menjadikan ia musuh besar bagi imprealiisme. Dan, puncaknya, pada tahun 1973 Allende di kudeta oleh militer yang di pimpin oleh Augusto Pinochet.

Pola untuk mengkudeta Allende sama seperti yang ada di beberapa negara. Yaitu dengan menculik dan membunuh para jenderalnya terlebih dahulu. Dan ini tidak mungkin terjadi kalau tidak didukung oleh agen intelijen asing seperti CIA. Dan tidak hanya para jenderal yang berseberangan dengan Pinochet yang diculik dan dibunuh, bahkan Allende pun kemudian ditemukan tewas.

Untuk membunuh Allende, yang uniknya adalah Pinochet menggunakan sandi rahasia yang sama pernah terjadi di Indonesia. Nama sandi rahasia tersebut adalah Operasi Jakarta. Sandi dengan nama Operasi Jakarta ini pernah juga di praktekkan di Indonesia oleh Soeharto dan CIA serta Imprealisme untuk mengkudeta Soekarno.

Dan kesamaan itu juga terjadi pasca kudeta, dimana Pinochet juga melakukan pembantaian massal terhadap rakyatnya. Hampir ribuan rakyat kemudian menjadi korban dari pembantaian tersebut.

Namun berbeda dengan Soeharto yang sampai akhir hayatnya tidak pernah di adili. Ferdinan Zaviera dalam bukunya Operasi Jakarta menyebutkan bahwa Pinochet setelah lengser dari tampuk kekuasaannya tahun 1990 kemudian ia di dakwah atas pelanggaran hak asasi manusia berat dan ditahan selama 43 hari sebagai tahanan rumah. Walaupun ia tidak mendapat hukuman setimpal dengan kejahatannya, tapi rakyat Chile mulai punya harapan. Mendung hitam yang selama ini menutupi demokrasi, kini perlahan mulai tersingkap.

Sementara di Indonesia sendiri, Soeharto tidak pernah diadili sedikitpun. Walaupun kran demokrasi sudah terbuka lebar, tapi kenyataannya politik orde baru masih saja tetap hidup. Bahkan para pelaku pelanggaran HAM di Indonesia masih bebas menghirup udara segar.

AS melakukan kudeta terhadap Allende karena takut pada kebijakannya yang radikal. Karena Allende sendiri merupakan orang yang sangat anti dengan imperialisme. Ini tidak berbeda jauh dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh Soekarno. Ia juga tipikal orang yang sangat anti imperialisme dan neokolonialisme. Namun sungguh sayang kedua presiden sosialis ini harus menerima nasib buruk dari orang-orang terdekat mereka sendiri, yaitu Soeharto dan Pinochet. Dua orang yang sama-sama berasal dari militer dan juga punya kesamaan dalam hal pendukungan terhadap imperialisme.

Disini, kalau kita lihat, Augusto Pinochet sepertinya berguru dengan baik pada Soeharto. Namun kemudian Pinochet berhasil digulingkan dan divonis bersalah serta tak lepas dari hukuman sosial masyarakat Chile, tapi disini Soeharto pasca mundur 1998, tidak pernah mendapatkan sanksi hukum sedikitpun. Bahkan namanya masih diagung-agungkan oleh sebagian rakyat Indonesia.

Nah piye, enak jaman e sopo?! Hehe…
