SP – Aksi Kamisan kembali hadir di Tugu Pal Putih Jogja (22/2/2018). Aksi yang digawangi oleh anak muda yang tergabung dalam Komite Aksi Kamisan Social Movement Institute kali ini membawa suara dukungan untuk penyidik senior KPK Novel Baswedan yang rencananya akan balik ke Indonesia. Dukungan ini bukan saja secara kemanusiaan, tetapi mendukung langka Novel untuk mengungkap kasusnya yang tidak bergerak sama sekali sampai hari ini. Sebagaimana yang pernah terjadi, Novel menjadi korban penyiraman air keras saat ia hendak pulang subuh dari masjid ke rumahnya. Ditengarai penyiraman tersebut karena profesinya sebagai penyidik kasus-kasus korupsi yang banyak menyeret para elit di bangsa ini.
Peristiwa tersebut terjadi 11 April 2017 lalu. Tapi sampai sekarang belum diketahui siapa pelakunya utamanya. Beberapa kali memang ada beberapa orang yang dimintai keterangan. Beberapa saksi lain sudah dihadirkan, tetangga, masyarakat sekitar bahkan ‘yang dicurigai’ dan lain-lain. Tetapi lagi-lagi semuanya seakan masih membentur tembok. Disisi yang lain, spekulasi mulai beredar. Dituding pihak kepolisian terkesan membiarkan kasus ini. Karena sudah hampir satu tahun penyelidikan kasus penyerangan menggunakan air keras yang menyebabkan Novel hampir menjadi buta seutuhnya ini, pihak kepolisian belum juga menemukan titik terang. Bahkan beberapa pihak malah khawatir justru Novel Baswedan yang malah akan jadi tersangka karena menyentil korps-nya sendiri terkait kasusnya.
Demikian yang disampaikan Muhammad Zaen atau yang akrab dipanggil Bob, selaku koordinator Kamisan Jogja. Menurutnya, selain penuntutan terhadap pelaku penyerangan, jejaring konspirasi ini perlu diungkapkan semuanya. Karena hal seperti ini tidak mungkin dilakukan oleh orang biasa saja atau kriminal biasa. Pasti adalah jaringan kuat yang bisa melakukan tindakan penyerangan dan kasusnya yang lambat diselesaikan. Alih-alih memang tidak untuk diselesaikan.
“Apalagi peristiwa penyiraman tersebut bertepatan dengan maraknya prilaku korupsi yang dilakukan oleh elit politik maupun kekuasaan. Hal tersebutlah yang kami sinyalir membuat penyelesaian tersebut susah di tuntaskan. Mungkin banyak yang terindikasi bermain-main. Tapi hukum haruslah hukum yang tanpa pandang bulu, tanpa membedakan. Karena semua sama di hadapan hukum. Kita memang harus bersama mendukung Novel dan bersatu mengungkap tabir kelam penyerangan terhadap KPK. Menyerang Novel sama artinya dengan melawan KPK dan berkhinat kepada rakyat. Jadi sudah sewajarnya secara sadar kita lawan orang yang menghianati rakyat dan bangsa ini” papar Bob.
Selain itu, menurut Bob, melalui Komite Aksi Kamisan Jogja Sosial Movement Institute, Amnesty Internasional Indonesia, KontraS beserta seluruh pegiat HAM dan Demokrasi sepakat mengusulkan agar segera dibentuk Tim Gabungan Pencari Fakta (TGPF) Independent untuk melakukan penyelidikan kasus tersebut agar lebih progres. Karena kami menilai pihak kepolisian terlalu lamban dan tumpul untuk menangani kasus ini. Dan juga kami akan selalu memberikan dukungan penuh kepada Novel Baswedan, KPK, ataupun semua yang melawan korupsi di negeri ini. Kami akan terus bersamanya dan menjadi bagian gerakan perang terhadap korupsi di indonesia. [Mel]
